Xpressar RCS100, the world first micro refrigeration system, has received wide adoption from worldwide partners and leading system builders. Xpressar RCS100 is a minimized refrigerator’s cooling system, and has build-in frequency conversion module to adjust the system temperature accordingly, to remain constant temperature. With its superior thermal performance and reliability, many system builders have considered it to be their most high-end workstation’s cooling solution. Users should be able to purchase this fascinate system in North/South America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Oceania.

“Thermaltake, a leading manufacturer of cases for PC enthusiasts, the Xpressar Refrigeration system is the first attempt in serious phase change cooling. This is a "micro" refrigeration system aimed at silence rather than balls out 24/7 overclocking.

For our stock testing our QX9650 will be kept at 3.0GHz with a minimal 1.25v. For overclocked CPU testing we will be running our QX9650 at 3.8GHz with 1.4625v. Idle temperatures will be recorded after a fifteen-minute period of inactivity. Any fluctuation during the last sixty seconds will reset the timer for an additional five minutes. Load temperatures will be recorded after a fifteen-minute period of 100% load. To obtain this load we will be using Prime95 v25.3. Any fluctuation during the last sixty seconds will reset the timer for an additional five minutes.

We tested the unit at four different performance levels to account for the various load levels on the CPU; 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%.

The red vertical line stands at 25º Celsius which is our ambient temperature we test at:

Stock Settings

As you can see on the picture shown, Xpressar RCS100 performs better than any air-cooling solutions. At 25% output, 16 degrees difference compare with Intel stock cooler. At Maximum output, the difference has reached 32 degrees.

Overclock Settings

And in overclocked results, 25% output the difference is 25 degrees, 38 degrees at maximum. This shows Xpressar RCS100 can handles the heat produced by heat source very well when overclocking.

According from the review, Xpressar RCS100 has out performed compare with any other cooling solution.  With the superior performance, the Xpressar RCS100 is definitely the ultimate cooling solution and the favorite for overclockers.
